Q. Can I purchase replacement parts for my product?
A. Comfort and Harmony does not sell individual replacement parts. If you are in need of assistance with your product during the manufacturer’s warranty period you may click here to contact us.
Q. Does Comfort and Harmony offer a warranty on their products?
A. Comfort and Harmony is committed to making innovative, high quality products for babies and children. We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one year from the date of original purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). If any defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you.
This limited warranty applies to single family use only for the original purchaser/gift recipient (with gift receipt) of the product and does not apply to re-sold merchandise. It does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, and normal wear and tear. A. If you would like to view a listing of recalled products, just click here. All of Comfort and Harmony recalls are listed on the CPSC.gov site, but they are not all listed on the Comfort and Harmony site.

Q. What is WEEE Compliance?
A. Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment is a Directive of the European Union which aims to minimize environmental issues from discarded electronic components. Comfort and Harmony is registered in the EU and is in full compliance with the directive.
Q. What is RoHS Compliance?
A. Restriction of Hazardous Substances is a Directive of the European Union which severely restricts the amount of Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Chrome 6 and Halogenated Fire Retardants in Electrical Products. EU has further clarified the applicability of this directive to products that require electric current to fulfill its basic(primary) function. Comfort and Harmony is fully compliant with this directive on our products that require electricity to perform its primary function.
